After interviewing founders Jeff and Katie Camarro, I developed two brand positioning strategies for Sundae’s Best Hot Fudge, which was presented to them at the end of a three-week period. This included conducting and analyzing primary research to help them better understand their target market, and creating a brief social media plan for them.

After interviewing founder Jessica Arceri, I developed two brand positioning strategies for Saratoga Peanut Butter’s rebrand, and presented them back to her at the end of a three-week period.

Over a ten-week period, I developed a B2B strategy that would increase Target’s revenue and operating income by 10% in 5 years. In front of a panel of executives, I proposed Target should supply hotel chains with their private label furniture.

AI Powered Selling and Sales

Hoka Sales Negotiation

In a negotiation simulation between Hoka and Dick’s Sporting Goods, I acted as a sales rep from Hoka and created a sales pitch to present to a representative from Dick’s Sporting Goods. With a partner, I successfully negotiated an agreement that Dick’s should give more retail space to Hoka in place of Adidas or Nike.

Volvo/Carmax Sales Negotiation

In a negotiation simulation between Volvo and CarMax, I acted as a sales rep from Volvo and presented a cobranding strategy to CarMax and successfully negotiated a win-win deal.

PR Strategizing for Blavity, Inc.

With a group, I analyzed the Blavity, Inc. brand and produced several new PR campaigns to boost their brand awareness. At the end of a two-week period, I presented my logistical and creative executions for each campaign.

GSS Study Replication and Analysis

Using IBM SPSS, I recreated and analyzed a 2017 study on gender and religiosity. My study consisted of a univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis of the original GSS variables, along with several other variables that were not originally considered, but I found to be culturally and statistically relevant.
